re-zoo-me is seeking a Business Analyst (SAP GROW) to collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, and tech teams to design, implement, and support SAP GROW solutions in Singapore. The role emphasizes scalable processes, compliance, and efficiency, with strong focus on FICO and MM configurations and integration with Workday and Strada.

The candidate will map business processes to SAP functionalities, perform data migration from SAP B1, and lead end-user training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or related field required.
• 3 years SAP functional consulting experience, with cloud-based SAP solutions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and MM modules within SAP GROW.
• Experience in construction industry processes and project cost management.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate functional requirements from business users.
• Configure SAP GROW modules (FICO/MM) and support integrations.
• Develop baseline test scenarios and support UAT.
• Assist in data migration from SAP B1 to SAP GROW and validate data accuracy.
• Conduct end-user training and create documentation.
• Propose AI-driven enhancements and support chatbot integration for finance.
