Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Reinsurance and P&C insurance to collaborate with underwriting, claims and finance stakeholders. You will translate business requirements into analytics solutions and support Power BI dashboard development as part of a data modernization initiative.

The role bridges business stakeholders and BI/data teams, driving data quality, KPI definitions, and dashboard requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Reinsurance / P&C Insurance domain.
• Knowledge of underwriting, reinsurance treaties, claims, premiums, and loss ratios.
• Hands-on exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills.

Responsibilities
