Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Reinsurance and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The role involves working closely with underwriting, claims, and finance stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into analytics solutions, and support Power BI dashboard development as part of a data modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with underwriting, finance, and claims teams to gather business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, KPIs, and dashboard requirements.
• Support development and validation of Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Analyze data from core insurance systems and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and BI/data teams.
• Support pilot analytics initiatives and contribute to future data roadmap recommendations.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Reinsurance / P&C Insurance domain.
• Knowledge of underwriting, reinsurance treaties, claims, premiums, and loss ratios.
• Hands‑on exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement‑gathering skills.
• Experience working with on‑premise insurance data environments is preferred.
