Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned investment analyst to conduct detailed financial modelling and market research for real estate opportunities. You will prepare investment papers and presentations for management, support due diligence, and monitor portfolio performance.

The role requires at least 3 years' experience in real estate or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel internationally on short notice.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build and analyse financial models.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, analysis, and investment principles.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
• Experience in property finance or asset management is advantageous.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate/investment.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.


• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, property finance, investment, asset management, corporate finance, or a related environment.


• Strong interest in real estate investment and asset management.


• Good understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and investment principles.


• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and analyse financial models.


• Experience in property financial modelling is an added advantage.


• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice when required.
