EAST VENTURES ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable analyst to maintain deal pipelines, models, and KPI packs for the Investment team. You will support due diligence with market research and data consolidation, while contributing to LP reporting and dashboard maintenance.

The role focuses on data-driven analysis, high attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and visualization tools, reporting to the Partner and Investment Professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant analytical/data support experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization skills.
• High attention to detail; comfortable working with structured and unstructured data.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update the deal pipeline tracker, portfolio company data, and market/competitor intelligence databases
• Build and maintain financial models, comparables tables, and data visualizations to support the Investment team's analysis (not authoring investment theses or final recommendations)
• Consolidate portfolio company KPI reporting into periodic (monthly/quarterly) performance packs for review by Investment Professionals
• Conduct desk research — market sizing, industry trends, competitive landscape — to support due diligence, under supervision
• Support LP reporting by compiling data and maintaining reporting dashboards
• Coordinate documentation flow between deal teams, legal, and finance during due diligence and post-investment monitoring
• Maintain and improve internal analytics tools/dashboards tracking fund and portfolio metrics
