Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a capable investment professional to help evaluate real estate opportunities. The role involves building detailed financial models, analysing market trends, and preparing investment papers for management review.

You will support due diligence, coordinate with brokers and advisers, monitor asset performance, and assist on international travel for overseas deals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment or asset management.
• Strong interest in real estate investment and asset management.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and analyse financial models.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
• Knowledge of financial statements, analysis, and investment principles.
• Experience in property financial modelling is a plus.

Requirements
