The Business Analyst (Projects & Trade Intelligence) supports business analysis, project execution, data-driven research, and operational improvements to enhance our global trade intelligence offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
Experience with data analysis and business analytics preferred.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute business, data, and product-related projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate to structured workflows.
Conduct industry, market, and supply chain research using internal and external data sources.
Identify improvements for operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align timelines and priorities.
Monitor progress, costs, risks, and KPIs; prepare management reports.
Support evaluation and implementation of new data products and BI initiatives.
Develop business cases and feasibility studies to support strategic initiatives.
Prepare presentations and analytical reports for stakeholders.

Plan, coordinate, and execute business, data, and product-related projects to meet strategic objectives
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into structured project workflows and actionable recommendations
Conduct industry, market, competitor, and supply chain research using internal and external data sources to inform decision-making
Analyze business processes to identify and recommend improvements for operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience
Collaborate with data, technology, operations, sales, and management teams to align project timelines, deliverables, and priorities
Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and key performance indicators; prepare regular management reports to track outcomes
Support evaluation and implementation of new data products, digital tools, and business intelligence initiatives to drive innovation
Assist in developing business cases, feasibility studies, and process improvement recommendations to support strategic initiatives
Prepare presentations, analytical reports, and project documentation for internal stakeholders and management communication

Required competencies and certifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Business Analytics, Management Science, or a related discipline

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience with Python, ERP/SAP, Microsoft Project, or other analytical/project-management tools
Strong written and spoken English communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
Interest in international trade, supply chains, business intelligence, data products, or B2B technology
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
