• 5+ years of BA experience in Corporate Banking/Financial Services.
• 3+ years of Client Onboarding, KYC, or CLM project experience.
• Strong CLM functional knowledge.
• Pega CLM knowledge including workflows, case management, routing, SLAs, and dashboards.
• Strong experience in user stories and acceptance criteria.
• AS-IS / TO-BE process flows and exception scenarios.
• Understanding integrations, data mapping, control points, and NFRs.
• Full lifecycle experience from discovery through UAT, go-live, and stabilization.
• Experience managing APAC stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and technology.
• Experience supporting UAT, business validation, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document client onboarding requirements across APAC.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and process walkthroughs.
• Develop AS-IS / TO-BE process flows, including exception scenarios.
• Liaise between business users and technology delivery teams.
• Track and resolve requirements, process, and solution design issues.
• Support UAT through test scenarios, coordination, and business validation.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer for go-live.

Job Summary

Seeking a Business Analyst with strong Corporate Banking and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) expertise. Responsible for driving client onboarding initiatives and translating business requirements into functional solutions across APAC.

Mandatory Skill-set

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Corporate Banking / Financial Services;
• 3+ years of Client Onboarding, KYC, or CLM project experience;
• Strong Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) functional knowledge;
• Pega CLM knowledge, including workflows, case management, routing, SLAs, and dashboards;
• Strong experience in user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Experience with AS-IS / TO-BE process flows and exception scenarios;
• Understanding of integrations, data mapping, control points, and NFRs;
• Full project lifecycle experience from discovery through UAT, go-live, and stabilization;
• Experience managing APAC stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and technology;

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to CLM automation and digitization: dashboards, document management, e-signature, IDP, and STP.
• Exposure to AI-enabled automation initiatives in banking.
• Pega CLM experience is preferred.
