Job summary

Helius Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on Microsoft Purview DLP experience to support information protection initiatives at Changi Business Park, Singapore. You will gather requirements, define DLP use cases, and coordinate testing while supporting implementation across business, security and technology teams.

Key activities include translating needs into functional specs, policy definitions, testing coordination and post-deployment improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft Purview DLP experience required.
• Proven ability to elicit and document business needs.
• Experience mapping requirements to policies and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder discussions to understand data protection needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define and implement Microsoft Purview DLP policies and information protections.
• Document policy requirements, exceptions and operational workflows.
• Assess impact of controls and align stakeholders.
• Prepare test scenarios and coordinate SIT/UAT, defects, and validations.
• Support policy rollout, readiness and post-deployment improvements.
• Maintain traceability and project docs for stakeholders.
