Job summary

Helius Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on Microsoft Purview DLP experience to support information protection initiatives at Changi Business Park, Singapore. You will gather requirements, define DLP use cases, and coordinate testing while supporting implementation across business, security and technology teams.

Key activities include translating needs into functional specs, policy definitions, testing coordination and post-deployment improvements.

Business Analyst — Microsoft Purview DLP

Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) experience to support information protection initiatives.

You will work with business, security and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, define DLP use cases, coordinate testing and support implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops to understand data protection needs.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Work with technical teams to define and implement Microsoft Purview DLP policies and information protection controls.

• Document policy requirements, business exceptions and operational workflows.

• Assess the business impact of proposed controls and support stakeholder alignment.

• Prepare test scenarios and coordinate SIT/UAT, defect tracking and validation of fixes.

• Support policy rollout, implementation readiness and post-deployment improvements.

• Maintain requirements traceability, project documentation and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP is essential.

• Strong Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder management.

• Understanding of Microsoft Purview Information Protection and data protection controls.

• Experience translating business needs into implementable policies and workflows.

• Experience supporting testing, UAT and implementation activities.

• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively across business, cybersecurity and technology teams.
