Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior technical advisor to partner with Sales and BD, lead technical proposals, and own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle across IT, operations, and commercial teams.

You will translate business requirements into integration workflows using EDI, API, XML/JSON formats, and ensure security and standards compliance while delivering training and best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience in system integration or enterprise implementations.
• With 5 - 6 Years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and modern integration technologies (XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor to customers, building strong relationships with IT teams, operational stakeholders, and senior management.
• Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams to understand customer requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and develop tailored solution strategies.
• Lead the preparation of technical proposals, product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations, translating complex integration capabilities into clear business value and ROI.
• Provide technical consultation, define integration scope, and support effort estimation, commercial pricing, and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
• Present solutions, product capabilities, and technical recommendations to C-level executives, IT teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding lifecycle, from project kickoff and requirements gathering through solution design, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and transition to ongoing support.
• Establish onboarding roadmaps, project milestones, RACI frameworks, and risk mitigation plans to ensure timely, high-quality implementation.
• Serve as the key coordination point across Development, Implementation, Operations, Support, and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment throughout the onboarding process.
• Continuously improve onboarding frameworks, playbooks, SOPs, and implementation processes to accelerate time-to-value and enhance overall customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration workflows, leveraging industry-standard technologies and formats such as EDI, API, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and JSON.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of technical and integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to improve system reliability, performance, and data flow.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, integration, and technical standards, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and providing customers with training, technical guidance, and best practices.
