De ion is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Southeast Asia team. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on improving processes and driving business success.

You will gather and document requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and help develop process maps and reporting dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
