Job summary

HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited is seeking a Business Analyst on a contract basis through to end-2028. You will support a complex transformation programme, collaborating with technology, regulatory and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasises governance, planning and stakeholder engagement at senior levels, with opportunities to shape delivery across locations and functions while working in a fast-paced, disciplined environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional, multi-location teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior executives.
• Broad enterprise-wide view of strategy, capabilities and governance.
• Degree or equivalent; PMP/Change Management/Six Sigma advantageous.
• Familiarity with HSBC ways, Value Stream leadership and agile delivery.
