• Proven ability to elicit, analyse, and translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across business functions.
• Hands-on experience delivering data and analytics transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements documentation, and Agile delivery capabilities in complex organisations.

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking for a Business Analyst on a 12-month contract to support a key client in financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to identify and deliver data-driven business solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.
• Bridge business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within asset management, sovereign wealth, buy-side insurance, or banking, supported by strong buy-side investment expertise.
• Strong knowledge of private markets, transaction lifecycles, and investment performance and returns analysis.
• Demonstrated success in eliciting, analysing, and translating business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships across business functions.
• Hands‑on experience delivering data and analytics transformation initiatives within a business‑facing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements documentation, and Agile delivery capabilities in complex organisations.

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.
