Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Business Analyst to define and deliver business application solutions within the delivery group, spanning custom apps, SaaS, and third-party systems.

You will gather requirements, support design and testing, and help translate business needs into practical outcomes across the full solution lifecycle. You will work with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure clear documentation, maintain analysis artifacts, and drive data-driven improvements

Qualifications

• About 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Exposure to financial services, credit business, private equity, or investment operations.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and investigation.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured documentation.
• Experience creating process flows, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, workflows, rules, and data needs.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand needs and align scope.
• Translate requirements into documentation such as user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution delivery across design, testing, implementation, and rollout.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, testers and business stakeholders.
