Job summary

ANTER RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to bridge business operations with IT delivery in Singapore.

You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and design functional solutions within the SAP ecosystem, collaborating with regional stakeholders and developers to drive enhancements and project implementations. You will document FRDs, map end-to-end processes, perform UAT, support ABAP developers, oversee master data and go-live activities, and provide

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5+ years hands-on experience as an SAP Business Analyst or SAP Functional Consultant.
Core SAP modules knowledge (EWM, MM, SD, PP, QM, or S/4HANA).
Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and supporting full SDLC.
Experience liaising between technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and translate requirements into FRDs and specifications.
Map and document end-to-end business processes, identify gaps and drive improvements via SAP capabilities.
Perform system testing: draft test scenarios, execute Unit/Integration Testing, support UAT.
Collaborate with ABAP developers and external vendors to design and test enhancements, reports, interfaces.
Oversee master data management, cutover activities, data validation, and go-live support.
Provide Level-2/3 functional support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver root-cause analysis.
Conduct training sessions and create end-user documentation for regional sites.
