Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology. You will run meetings, document requirements, and develop user stories and mockups to guide delivered solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data, support UAT, and maintain comprehensive documentation. The role may involve QA activities and evolving skills for healthcare/government projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an IT technology-driven role.
• At least one full software or product development life cycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• CBAP or similar business analysis certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings and workshops with customers to clarify needs.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Develop user stories, business cases, and mockups.
• Review meetings with customers to sign off requirements.
• Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data.
• Coordinate with tech team on end-to-end solutions.

Job description

• Conducting meetings/clarification workshops with customer
• Managing stakeholder communications
• Develop user stories/business case/mockups
• Conduct review meeting with customer and sign off requirements
• Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business and industry data
• Discuss with tech team on end-to-end solution, evaluate and recommend suitable technology

• Identifying specific business opportunities and influencing shareholders to support business projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years in an IT technology-driven role.

• Business Analysis certification is preferred, e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
