Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to act as the primary bridge between the end client and internal delivery teams in complex, multi-team projects. You will translate business needs into clear product requirements and own the UAT lifecycle, coordinating across multiple internal product workstreams and managing risks and dependencies.

This client-facing role requires strong communication, solid documentation, and the ability to articulate constraints to engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline; at least 5 years in business analysis, requirements management, or client-facing product coordination.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management; able to own client relationships and requirements discussions independently.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality requirement documentation such as functional specs or PRDs.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams or workstreams, managing dependencies and priority conflicts.
• Familiarity with APIs and system architecture at a conceptual level; no coding required, but able to communicate with engineering teams.
• Frontend or software development experience is a bonus.
• Background in power, energy, renewables, or built environment sectors is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communication, expectations, and requirement elicitation discussions.
• Break down high-level objectives into actionable functional specs and user stories for engineering teams.
• Coordinate and communicate requirements across internal product workstreams, tracking progress and dependencies.
• Own the UAT process end-to-end — define test plans, organize acceptance sessions, track defects to closure, and drive go-live sign-off.
• Maintain and update requirement documentation including functional specs and PRDs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify delivery risks, elevate blockers, and propose pragmatic solutions to keep projects on track.
• Serve as a conduit between non-technical stakeholders and engineering, ensuring mutual understanding of scope and constraints.

Business Analyst

to serve as the primary bridge between the end client and internal delivery teams. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business needs into clear product requirements, coordinating across multiple internal product teams, and owning the full UAT lifecycle. This is a high-visibility, client-facing position ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, product, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact with the client, independently managing day-to-day communication, expectation setting, and requirement elicitation discussions

• Break down high-level business objectives into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories consumable by engineering teams

• Coordinate and communicate requirements across multiple internal product workstreams, tracking progress and resolving cross-team dependencies and prioritisation conflicts

• Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process end to end — define test plans and test cases, organise client acceptance sessions, track defects to closure, and drive sign-off for go-live

• Maintain and update clear requirement documentation including functional specifications and product requirement documents throughout the project lifecycle

• Proactively identify delivery risks, elevate blockers, and propose pragmatic solutions to keep projects on track

• Serve as a communication conduit between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring mutual understanding of scope and constraints

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or client-facing product coordination

• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable owning client relationships and conducting requirement discussions independently

• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality requirement documentation such as functional specifications or product requirement documents (PRDs)

• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams or workstreams simultaneously, managing dependencies and priority conflicts

• Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs and system architecture at a conceptual level — no coding required, but must be able to communicate effectively with engineering teams

• Prior experience in a frontend or software development role (is a bonus)

• Background in the power, energy, renewables, or built environment sectors (is a bonus)
