Job summary

EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst/Business Analyst for Cards & Payments in the Banking domain in Singapore.

You will analyze and document requirements for card processing and payment networks, collaborating with business users and tech teams. The role requires 8+ years in cards/payments, a degree in CS/IT/Engineering, and hands-on experience with Vision Plus, Jira, and Confluence; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in System Analysis / Business Analysis in Banking.
• Strong experience with Cards & Payments and card networks.
• Deep knowledge of credit/debit card processing, delinquency, charge-off and write-off.
• Experience with card transaction dispute processes; Jira/Confluence familiarity.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in System Analysis / Business Analysis, with strong experience in Cards & Payments within the Banking domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Cards & Payments and card payment networks in the Banking domain.
• Strong knowledge of credit/debit card processing and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off, and write-off.
• Experience with card transaction dispute processes and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with Vision Plus is preferred, along with strong communication skills and experience working with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
