Job summary

Quantum Infotech Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior System Analyst with a strong background in banking card networks to lead requirements and bridge business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in System Analysis within Cards, solid knowledge of card processing workflows, and hands-on Vision Plus experience, plus familiarity with Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in System Analysis, with equivalent experience in the Cards functional domain and card payment networks (Banking).
• Hands-on experience with Vision Plus is preferred.
• Working knowledge of credit/debit card and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off and write-off, and card transaction dispute processes.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
