Job summary

Hi5 Consulting Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior Systems Analyst to analyze requirements and design card payment solutions within banking networks. You will bring 6–9 years in system analysis for cards, familiarity with Vision Plus, and hands-on experience with credit/debit card and loan processing workflows.

Collaborate across business users, vendors, and technical teams, and document work with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and design solutions within the Cards functional domain to support card payment networks in banking.
• Apply expertise in credit/debit card and loan processing workflows, including delinquency, charge-off, write-off, and card transaction dispute resolution to improve system functionality.
• Collaborate effectively with business users, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to document, track, and manage project tasks and communications.
• Leverage hands-on experience with Vision Plus to support system operations and troubleshooting.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 6-9 years of relevant experience in System Analysis, with equivalent experience in the Cards functional domain and card payment networks (Banking).
• Hands-on experience with Vision Plus is preferred.
• Working knowledge of credit/debit card and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off and write-off, and card transaction dispute processes.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
