Job summary

TECHEMERGE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned System Analyst with deep Cards domain experience to drive card payment network solutions. You will partner with business users, vendors, and tech teams to deliver reliable card-processing capabilities.

Required is a bachelor’s degree in CS and 8+ years of relevant experience; Vision Plus experience is preferred, along with Jira/Confluence familiarity to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years in System Analysis, with Cards domain and card payment networks experience.
• Hands-on experience with Vision Plus preferred.
• Knowledge of credit/debit card and loan processing lifecycle (delinquency, charge-off, disputes).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in System Analysis, with equivalent experience in the Cards functional domain and card payment networks (Banking).
• Hands-on experience with Vision Plus is preferred.
• Working knowledge of credit/debit card and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off and write-off, and card transaction dispute processes.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
