Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is a technology consultancy in Singapore hiring a Business Analyst for a fixed-term assignment through March 2028. The role focuses on delivering insights, market analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to drive product outcomes.

You will gather requirements, conduct user interviews, and build dashboards to measure success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a BA, experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Experience in UAT and quality assurance processes.
• Experience working with outsourced vendors to ensure quality of deliverables.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence).

What the officer will be doing?

• Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights.
• Conduct market analyses to identify problem space and opportunity size.
• Evaluate existing solutions to identify unique opportunities or areas of synergies.
• Conduct user interviews and gather insights to inform formulation of problem statement.
• Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to track metrics.
• Analyse results post-release to identify areas of improvement.
• Analyse impact of requested changes, assess reasonableness of resource requirements.
• Involved Development System; ServiceNow SaaS Development Project, and Maintenance Systems that involved enhancements and tickets resolutions, including .NET/Java systems

What are we looking for?

• Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst, developing and maintaining system in Agile and Waterfall approach.
• PMP certification or ever practice project management
• Experience in both development and maintenance projects, with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes.
• Experience in working with outsourced vendor in ensuring the quality of the work delivered, conduct user testing, drafting /reviewing both business and technical specifications e.g. writing user stories, test cases/scenarios, security and risk remediation.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
