Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights and conducting market analyses. The role involves evaluating solutions, conducting user interviews, and defining success metrics with dashboards to track impact.

You will work on development and maintenance projects, including ServiceNow SaaS developments, with outsourced vendors, and QA/UAT processes, based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• PMP certification or active project management practice.
• Experience in both development and maintenance projects with UAT and QA processes.
• Experience working with outsourced vendors and drafting/writing business and technical specifications (user stories, test cases, risk remediation).
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

What the officer will be doing?

• Conduct user interviews and gather insights to inform formulation of problem statement.
• Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to track metrics.
• Analyse results post-release to identify areas of improvement.
• Analyse impact of requested changes, assess reasonableness of resource requirements.
• Involved Development System; ServiceNow SaaS Development Project, and Maintenance Systems that involved enhancements and tickets resolutions, including .NET/Java systems

What are we looking for?

• Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst, developing and maintaining system in Agile and Waterfall approach.
• PMP certification or ever practice project management
• Experience in both development and maintenance projects, with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes.
• Experience in working with outsourced vendor in ensuring the quality of the work delivered, conduct user testing, drafting /reviewing both business and technical specifications e.g. writing user stories, test cases/scenarios, security and risk remediation.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
