Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Product Owner in implementing the portal and to ensure product fit through requirements clarifications, process mapping, documentation, validation testing, and stakeholder training for product launches.

The role requires certification (CCBA/CBAP or equivalent), hands-on SDLC experience, a track record in business analysis and design, and the ability to model requirements using process modelling tools.

Qualifications

• CCBA/CBAP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.
• Proven track record in business analysis and design.
• Ability to model requirements in business process modelling tools.
• Strong analytical skills: qualitative, quantitative, and root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to facilitate workshops to elicit, manage and prioritise key business needs.

Business Analyst - 1 Open Position

The functional role of a Business Analyst (“BA”) is to help support the Product Owner in implementing the portal and conduct the necessary activities to ensure product fit which includes:

• Leading and supporting business requirements clarifications.
• Creating and maintaining process maps and workflow maps.
• Keeping documentation of project work.
• Leading and supporting product validation and user acceptance tests.
• Supporting training and briefings to users and stakeholders for product launches.
• Monitoring product performance.

What we are looking for

• Business Analysis certification (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®), Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®)) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
• Hands‑on experience in full project development life cycles
• Past track record in business analysis, application solutioning and design
• Ability to model business requirements in business process modelling tool.
• Ability to perform qualitative, quantitative and root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to facilitate discussions/workshops to elicit, manage and prioritise key business needs.

• Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges.
• Knowledge in one of the following areas will be added advantage, Agile Methodology, Business Process Reengineering, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analytics, ERP, Digital and Mobile Technologies, Knowledge Management
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.
