Job Summary

You will lead the analysis, design, and delivery of customer-facing digital platforms and services, driving digital transformation and enhancing user experiences through collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, customer needs, and operational challenges, translating them into clear business, functional, and technical requirements
• Analyze business processes to identify pain points, define future-state processes, and recommend balanced solutions for business value, user experience, technical feasibility, and sustainability
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, develop user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria to guide solution delivery
• Collaborate closely with vendors and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions
• Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and service journeys to identify opportunities for improving digital experiences on websites, portals, and chatbots
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and journey mapping to enhance navigation, content discoverability, accessibility, and self-service effectiveness
• Develop and validate prototypes to confirm solutions meet user and business needs
• Oversee continuous enhancement and operational support of digital platforms, managing enhancement requests, defect analysis, prioritization, release coordination, and implementation
• Monitor platform performance and operational issues, working with vendors and support teams to maintain system reliability, security, and performance
• Support digital channel modernization by identifying opportunities to simplify customer journeys, improve self-service, optimize content management, and introduce AI-enabled capabilities
• Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to contribute to platform evolution roadmaps
• Define testing strategies, develop test scenarios, and coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production verification to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Validate delivered solutions against business outcomes and support release planning, deployment readiness, and post-implementation reviews
• Act as key liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and development teams to facilitate discussions, manage priorities, monitor progress, and resolve issues
• Oversee vendor performance to ensure deliverables meet contractual, operational, and business expectations
• Maintain high-quality business, functional, technical, and operational documentation throughout the platform lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with government ICT policies, security requirements, accessibility standards, and governance frameworks, supporting audits and governance submissions as needed
