Job summary

Vinova is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead functional solution design and governance for large-scale enterprise platforms and public-sector initiatives. You’ll bridge client stakeholders, end-users, and multi-disciplinary squads to translate complex requirements into robust architectures.

You will drive BRD/FS, user stories, and acceptance criteria, partnering with QA and engineering teams. Strong English proficiency and experience in Agile environments are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst delivering complex IT, web, or mobile software initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing enterprise-grade software, complex business workflows, or integration-heavy platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and workshops.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum lifecycles; hands-on experience supporting SIT/UAT cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to evaluate business processes, user journeys, operational bottlenecks, and system integration points.
• Model optimized to-be workflows using structured process flow diagrams.
• Author and maintain high-precision BRD, Functional Specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system flow models with end-to-end requirement traceability.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement walkthroughs with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and development teams to ensure technical implementation aligns strictly with functional expectations.
• Partner with the QC team to ensure comprehensive test case and scenario alignment against business rules.
• Facilitate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead defect triage sessions, and conduct thorough impact analyses on Change Requests (CRs).
• Proactively identify requirement gaps, scope risks, and cross-platform technical dependencies, formulating practical and actionable solutions to keep project delivery on schedule.
