Job summary

Adept Business Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is offering an internship to support consultants on live client projects in Singapore. You will conduct research, analyze data and prepare materials for client meetings, while contributing to client engagements during your internship.

You will gain hands-on experience with real projects and develop practical skills in research, data analysis and business writing, with regular supervisor feedback and a structured learning plan.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Clear written English with ability to summarise concisely.
• Curious, organised and receptive to feedback.

• Research industries, competitors and market trends; summarise findings in briefing notes.
• Build and maintain spreadsheets tracking client data, market figures, and timelines.
• Draft slides and sections of proposals and project reports for client presentations.

Job description

You will support our consultants on live client projects, mainly through research, analysis and preparing materials for client meetings and work on client engagements during your internship.

What You Will Do:

• Research industries, competitors and market trends, and summarise your findings in short briefing notes for consultants
• Build and maintain spreadsheets that track client data, market figures and project timelines
• Draft slides and sections of proposals and project reports for client presentations
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during client meetings and track follow-up actions
• Help analyse client operations, such as process mapping or cost and revenue breakdowns, under a consultant’s guidance
• Present one research project to the team at the end of your internship

What We Are Looking For:

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Clear written English and the ability to summarise information concisely
• Curious, organised and willing to take feedback
