Qualifications

• Enrolled in Tourism, Hospitality, Property Management, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• No prior business or advisory experience required.
• Strong interest in client-facing work and operations.

• Gather background information on companies, industries and market developments ahead of client discussions.
• Assemble presentation slides, proposals and summary documents for the advisory team.
• Sit in on meetings with business owners and help capture goals, concerns and next steps.
• Contribute ideas on helping clients grow, improve operations or strengthen their workforce.
• Support organising business networking sessions, workshops or client events.
