Job summary

Adept Business Consultancy Pte Ltd is offering an internship to support consultants on live client projects. You will research, analyse, and prepare materials for client meetings, while handling data, proposals, and meeting logistics from Monday to Friday.

You will gain hands-on experience with real client projects, practical research and business writing skills, and regular feedback from a dedicated supervisor.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for drafting slides and proposals.
• Excellent written English with concise summarisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research industries, competitors and market trends and summarise findings for consultants.
• Build and maintain client data spreadsheets and project timelines.
• Draft slides and sections of proposals and reports for client presentations.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Assist in process mapping and cost/revenue analyses under guidance.
• Present a completed research project to the team at internship end.

Job description

You will support our consultants on live client projects, mainly through research, analysis and preparing materials for client meetings and work on client engagements during your internship.

What You Will Do:

• Research industries, competitors and market trends, and summarise your findings in short briefing notes for consultants
• Build and maintain spreadsheets that track client data, market figures and project timelines
• Draft slides and sections of proposals and project reports for client presentations
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during client meetings and track follow-up actions
• Help analyse client operations, such as process mapping or cost and revenue breakdowns, under a consultant’s guidance
• Present one research project to the team at the end of your internship

What We Are Looking For:

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Clear written English and the ability to summarise information concisely
• Curious, organised and willing to take feedback
