Qualifications

• Knowledge in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronic, Automotive, or equivalent).
• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in automotive, engineering, fleet management, or related industries. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse internal and external partners.
• Analytical Capabilities: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and systematic approach to improvement initiatives.
• Attributes: A proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to support change initiatives and manage improvement projects across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Transform Singapore's public bus experience through design enhancements and inclusivity initiatives.
• Assist in planning and executing bus trials to assess new technologies and safety features.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with commuters, Bus Captains, and maintenance teams to gather feedback and translate insights into improvements.
• Support public feedback management and bus improvement projects, including mid-life refurbishment programmes to enhance safety, reliability, accessibility.
