These engagements will be your gateway to understanding real-world challenges and translating them into concrete improvements. This role goes far beyond operational follow-ups. • Stakeholder Engagement and Feedback Integration: Drive affinity for public buses. Engage actively with bus commuters and Bus Captains to gather feedback and translate insights into practical and actionable improvements. Conduct public engagement, such as outreach programmes and focus group discussions across different commuter segments, to understand diverse needs, drive inclusivity projects, and explain trade-offs.
  • Support Public Feedback Management: Assist in managing public feedback related to buses, identifying systemic issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions to enhance service quality.
  • Support Bus Improvement Projects: Contribute to bus improvement projects, including mid-life refurbishment programmes, to enhance safety standards, reliability, accessibility, and overall passenger experience across the fleet.
