Job summary

SBS Transit Limited in Singapore is seeking a part-time Dispatch Assistant to support counter operations during peak hours, update dispatch data in the System Control System (SCS) and Excel records, and assist with bus dispatching to bus captains.

You'll search for live bus locations using Stratio, assist with workshop documents, and maintain accurate records while complying with the data protection policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Nitec qualification.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Good analytical skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to commit to a 4-day workweek, 9:00–18:00.
• 1-year contract, part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with counter operations during peak hours to manage workload and improve service efficiency.
• Update dispatch data into the System Control System (SCS) and Excel records.
• Dispatch buses to bus captains in accordance with requirements.
• Search for bus locations using the Stratio system.
• Record and advise bus captains on dispatching inquiries.
• Maintain and update workshop documents.
