Job summary

POGLI ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support traders in bunker and marine fuel transactions and KYC reviews.

You will coordinate nominations, schedules, and operational arrangements with suppliers, customers, vessels and agents. The role requires strong numerical ability, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Qualifications

• Diploma or above with no major restrictions.
• Experience in bunker trading operations or marine fuels is preferred.
• Strong numerical ability with attention to details.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication and coordination with traders, customers, suppliers and agents.

Responsibilities

• Support traders in the day-to-day execution of bunker and marine fuel transactions.
• Support traders to conduct KYC reviewing.
• Coordinate bunker nominations, delivery schedules and operational arrangements with suppliers, customers, vessels, agents and other relevant parties.
• Monitor bunker deliveries and follow up on any operational delays, quantity or quality issues, documentation discrepancies and claims.
• Prepare, check and maintain transaction-related documents, including confirmations, nominations, bunker delivery notes, invoices and other supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of trades, deliveries, pricing, quantities, counterparties and update transaction status in system on daily basis.
• Coordinate closely with the finance team on supplier invoices, customer billing, receipt and payment status.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables, documentation and operational matters where required.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Strong numerical ability and attention to details.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with traders, customers, suppliers and agents.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, including writing and speaking.
