Job summary

Hector Technologies PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in Singapore’s built environment sector, covering fire shutters, security shutters and related safety solutions.

You will engage clients, manage project-based sales, and assist digital marketing efforts while liaising with contractors, developers, and facility managers to position Hector as a trusted partner.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Built Environment, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, construction products, building materials, M&E, fire safety, security systems, or related industries.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, initiative, and interest in the built environment industry are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable speaking with contractors, consultants, building owners, and technical teams.
• Able to prepare simple marketing content, sales presentations, and customer proposals.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple leads and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore’s construction, renovation, fire safety, or facilities management industry will be an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and/or Class 2B motorcycle licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities in the built environment sector, including commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional projects.
• Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate site visits, and support tender submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with main contractors, architects, consultants, property managers, facility managers, and building owners.
• Support marketing activities, including website content, social media posts, project references, product brochures, and email campaigns.
• Track project leads, maintain customer records, and update sales pipelines.
• Coordinate internally with operations, project, and technical teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth handover after order confirmation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities in the construction and facilities management sectors.
