Job summary

Hector Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive to support and improve day-to-day operations across manufacturing, project execution, installation, procurement and service activities in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating people, materials, schedules and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing, project management, procurement and business operations, with training provided and

Qualifications

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Built Environment or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with willingness to learn new digital tools.
• Practical, hands-on and able to work across office, factory and project site environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily operations including manpower allocation, production schedules, deliveries, site installations and servicing.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with supervisors and site teams for timely completion.
• Coordinate material purchases, supplier deliveries, stock movements and inventory records.
• Monitor manpower utilisation, material consumption and project costs to minimise wastage and delays.
• Support quality checks, installation documentation and adherence to procedures and safety standards.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
