AQUEEN HOTELS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the timely completion of maintenance requests, perform make-ready tasks on vacant units, and manage preventive maintenance for cost efficiency.

The role requires electrical and plumbing know-how, clear English communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts. The incumbent will monitor building systems and coordinate with vendors to uphold safety standards and operational reliability.

Formación

• Clear English communication (written and spoken).
• General electrical knowledge: wiring, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances.
• Knowledge of plumbing: repairing leaks, breaks, clogged lines, drains and septic systems.
• Basic maths skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measurement.
• Ability to work on shift duties and on-call schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Complete maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Make-ready of vacant rooms/apartments as directed by Chief Engineer.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
• Schedule and complete the Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Coordinate special projects with vendors/contractors under Chief Engineer guidance.
• Assist in monitoring work performed by outside vendors/contractors.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
• Carry cell phone for on-call maintenance as required.
• Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
• Alert Chief Engineer to any unusual occurrences or damages.

Job Description & Requirements

• Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to


• 1. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.


• 2. Complete make-ready process of vacant rooms, apartments as directed by the Chief Engineer.


• 3. Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations


• 4. Schedule and complete the \"Preventive Maintenance Program\".


• 5. Coordinate special projects with vendors/contractors as directed by the Chief Engineer


• 6. Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside vendors/contractors.


• 7. Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.


• 8. Carry cell phone as required for on-call maintenance.


• 9. Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.


• 10. Responsible for alerting the Chief Engineer of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that


• have taken place or that may occur.


• 12. Assure Workplace safety standards are used which comply with all company & MOM contractors,


• and fellow employees.

Core Skills and Knowledge :
