Anradus Pte Ltd is seeking a Building Services Engineer (ACMV) to join our team at Midview City in Singapore. The role involves overseeing ACMV maintenance, servicing, and repairs to ensure safety and reliability, while reviewing reports and managing quotations.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with experience in facilities management and building services.

• Position Title: Building Services Engineer (ACMV)


• Working Location: Midview City


• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM)


• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB


• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ACMV maintenance, servicing, and repairs to ensure reliable performance and safety compliance.


• Review technicians’ reports, verify findings, assess completed work, and recommend follow-up actions.


• Prepare and review quotations for maintenance, repairs, replacement parts, and improvement works.


• Assess technical issues and recommend repairs, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and cost-effective solutions.


• Coordinate with clients, contractors, technicians, and internal teams to complete maintenance works on schedule.


• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, including site inspections and technical assessments.


• Ensure works comply with company procedures, statutory requirements, and workplace safety regulations.


• Monitor service quality, respond to customer enquiries, and prepare maintenance reports and documentation.


• Support project execution, testing, commissioning, budgeting, cost control, and ACMV-related procurement.


• Perform other duties assigned.

• Relevant experience in ACMV maintenance, facilities management, building services, or M&E engineering.


• Good knowledge of ACMV systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing.


• Able to review technical issues, prepare quotations or cost estimates, and recommend corrective actions.


• Familiar with testing, commissioning, workplace safety, and relevant building or facilities requirements.


• Good communication, coordination, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.


• Able to manage multiple maintenance activities and work independently when required.
