WECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Project Director to lead planning, execution, and delivery across complex development programs in Singapore.

You will set schedules, resources, and targets, review designs, manage contracts and payments, and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Aufgaben

• Provide overall leadership for project planning, execution, coordination, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish project schedules, construction strategies, resource plans, and performance targets to meet contractual and business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and operational performance, implementing appropriate measures to manage risks and prevent delays.
• Oversee contract administration, cost control, financial reporting, claims management, and progress payment assessments.
• Review contractual obligations and ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
• Lead engagement with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant government authorities to resolve project issues and maintain effective working relationships.
• Oversee the review of design drawings, technical submissions, and specifications to ensure compliance, coordination, and constructability.
• Manage design coordination across multiple development components, including residential, commercial, retail, and transport interfaces, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, statutory requirements, quality standards, and WSH regulations.
• Oversee quality assurance, site inspections, safety audits, and corrective actions to maintain project standards.
• Lead, develop, and mentor project teams, including project managers, engineers, and coordinators.
• Chair project meetings and present project status, financial performance, risks, and key issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and effective collaboration across project teams.
