• Lead project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution from inception to completion.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, and performance against established targets.
• Develop construction programmes, work schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Manage project contracts, cost control, progress payments, claims, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Review design drawings, technical submissions, and specifications to ensure buildability and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations, BCA, MOM, SCDF, and WSH requirements, as applicable.
• Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and site performance.
• Lead project meetings, guide junior staff, and provide regular reports to senior management.
