Job summary

RAFFLES QUAY ASSET MANAGEMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Building Officer to join the Building Operations team. You will collaborate with service providers and engineering to ensure high standards and a world-class environment for tenants and businesses.

The role involves inspections, maintenance planning, record-keeping, and responding to tenant requests while ensuring safety and compliance. A 12-hour shift and standby duties are expected.

Qualifications

• NITEC and above or relevant studies.
• Building operations in commercial buildings will be an added advantage.
• Team oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform 12 hours shift and standby duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine daily inspections around the building and surrounding areas for defects, safety issues, and non-compliance.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and identify necessary repairs and improvements.
• Supervise and inspect service providers performing maintenance or repair work.
• Update maintenance records in Yardi Elevate (FM) system and manage stock inventory.
