Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in facility or operations management with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes and workplace safety.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all facility operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between facility management, contractors, and building users to resolve operational matters efficiently.
• Monitor and manage on-site teams including technicians, cleaners, and security to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and service requests to ensure timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and regulatory compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance activities, and shift handovers for operational transparency.
• Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility management.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements relevant to facility operations.
• Prepare and submit detailed shift reports with recommendations for process improvements.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing guidance and support to team members

Required competencies and certifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Management, Science, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
