Qualifications

• Minimum Degree qualification.
• Familiar with industry/regulatory environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist line Manager to define and implement strategies in Risk Management, Compliance and Regulatory Governance.
• Review group policies/guidelines and adopt for Brunei Branch, ensure branch compliance.
• Review Regulatory Consultation papers and liaise with SG Head Office for timely responses.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely regulatory reporting (CRS, FATCA, AML/CFT).
• Support data protection officer (DPO) and act as BCI contact point for data protection matters.
• Coordinate BCP with branches and SG Head Office.
• Coordinate training programs for the branch.
• Assist on ad hoc assignments/reviews (e.g., marketing and social media).
• Any other tasks as delegated by the manager.
