Job summary

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance professional to support the Group Regulatory Compliance team. The role focuses on implementing the Compliance Risk Management Framework across GE entities and advising business units on regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with the parent company and GE entities to ensure policy localization, risk assessments, and remediation actions are completed promptly, with attention to Group-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with regulatory knowledge.
• At least 6 years' experience in regulatory compliance within insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Insurance Act, MAS Notices/Guidelines, and LIA/GIA requirements.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and provide practical advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory compliance advice to GE business units and support initiatives.
• Oversee Group-wide policies and guidelines localization and implementation.
• Coordinate Group-wide attestation exercises with stakeholders.
• Liaise with parent company for Group-level oversight.
• Review products and marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Identify closure actions from regulatory gap assessments.
