Job summary

SYIP CAFE PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring for a fast-paced cafe at Farrer Park/Boon Keng. You will deliver excellent customer service, seat customers efficiently, and maintain hygiene while working in shifts. Roles suit those who enjoy a busy brunch and specialty coffee environment.

Positions require 2-3 days per week with weekend and public holiday availability. Expected hourly pay starts from SGD 11–12, with 9am-6pm or 12pm-6pm shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week for at least 3 months.
• Experience in food and beverage service environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assign customers to tables efficiently to optimize seating and service flow.
• Serve food promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of utensils and service stations to meet hygiene standards.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to resolve issues and enhance experience.
• Observe and uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Work independently to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced cafe setting.
