Job summary

PwC Singapore is offering an internship with the Business Recovery Services team to work on complex corporate insolvency and restructuring matters. You will support clients facing financial distress, legal disputes and formal insolvency processes, including judicial management and liquidation, under seasoned professionals.

You will develop skills through data analysis, research support, and the preparation of high-quality deliverables while learning how PwC delivers value across advisory

Qualifications

• Strong interest in corporate insolvency and restructuring.
• Excellent academic performance (minimum Second-Class Upper Honours or equivalent).
• Result-oriented, self-motivator and team player with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Gaining insight of how the firm operates and delivers value to clients across insolvency and restructuring engagements.
• Analysing data, financial information, and other relevant facts critically and with great attention to detail.
• Supporting research, financial analysis and problem-solving activities using a range of tools and techniques.
• Assisting in the preparation of clear, accurate, and high-quality deliverables in accordance with the relevant professional standards.
• Keeping up to date with developments in insolvency, restructuring and related technical areas.
• Communicating clearly, confidently and professionally, both verbally and in written materials; and
• Working collaboratively with team members while respecting diverse perspectives and engaging constructively with differing viewpoints.
