PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate in Advisory, focused on Business Recovery Services. You will join a team providing financial/operational restructuring, dispute analysis and forensic investigations for distressed companies and complex corporate restructurings.

The role emphasizes teamwork, client management, and high adaptability. Ideal candidates hold an accounting/finance degree with 2+ years in restructuring or forensic roles, strong project management, and willingness to travel on

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics and Business Management related fields.
• Minimum 2 years and above of relevant corporate restructuring/insolvency and forensic investigations experience.
• Strong project management skills and a good team player.
• Willingness to travel frequently on short notice is essential.

The Business Recovery Services arm of our Advisory practice is a specialist group providing financial/operational restructuring, dispute analysis and forensic investigation services. We help companies in distress with solutions to save their business, with emphasis on rescue procedures to reverse corporate under-performance by rebuilding & restoring value. We also assist clients by providing the necessary accounting, dispute resolution and investigative skills to assist in a fraud/forensic investigation and in the resolution of financial disputes

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients
• Train and lead staff
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

About You

• Recognised Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics and Business Management related fields.
