Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Singapore is seeking a friendly hospitality team member to assist with guest arrivals, table refreshment, and beverage presentation in The Great Room. You will ensure clean guest areas, handle guest inquiries, and support Duty Managers to uphold brand standards.

We value clear communication in English, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within a busy hotel environment. This role is on-site in Singapore and involves close guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent communication and a friendly, guest-centric approach.
• Must be proficient in written and spoken English with good communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn hospitality systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests.
• Refresh Food and Beverage in The Great Room and maintain cleanliness of guest areas.
• Complete closing duties and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Answer guests’ enquiries and handle complaints per brand standards.
• Support Duty Managers and other leaders as assigned.
• Refresh local knowledge to improve the guest experience.
