ALLIUM HEALTHCARE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is hiring a breakfast assistant to support daily dining operations in our resident facility.

You will greet residents, set up breakfast tables, and prepare simple breakfast and beverages with a focus on service quality. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dining area and kitchen, handling waste properly, taking weekly food orders from residents, replenishing stocks, and upholding strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience in kitchen or restaurant environments.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (7:30 am to 7:30 pm).

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients.
• Breakfast Table Set-up.
• Breakfast 'Mis en place'.
• Prepare simple breakfast and beverages.
• Ensure that dining area is ready for breakfast.
• Keeping the kitchen free from food droppings.
• Clear soil plates, wipe the tables etc.
• Clear the dustbin from food waste to the sluice room.
• Take weekly food orders from the residents.
• Replenish stocks and dry stores.
• Practice food safety and hygiene.
