NHG Health is seeking a dedicated kitchen practitioner to assist in daily patient meal production in our healthcare kitchen in Singapore. You will support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef, ensuring meals meet quality, hygiene, and dietary standards in a fast-paced environment.

We offer stable hours, weekends/public holidays rotation, and a team-focused setting that contributes directly to patient care. Shifts run from early morning to early evening, five days a week.

Competenze

• Valid Food & Hygiene Certificate required.
• Able to work in a structured, fast-paced kitchen.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Shifts from 5:00am to 7:00pm, five days per week (42 hours).

Mansioni

• Assist in daily preparation and production of patient meals.
• Support food prep, ingredient setup, plating, and dishing.
• Ensure meals meet quality, presentation, and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
